আসসালামু আলাইকুম সবাই কেমন আছেন? আশা করি ভাল আছেন আমিও আল্লাহর রহমতে ভালো আছি। আমাকে অনেকে জিজ্ঞেস করে ভাই কুয়েতে আসতে চাই, কুয়েতে এসে গাড়ি চালাতে চাই এজন্য কি বিষয়ে আসতে হবে? ড্রাইভিং করার জন্য কি কি ডকুমেন্ট দরকার হয়? ড্রাইভিং করার জন্য যে কোন দেশের লাইসেন্স এর দরকার হয় কিনা? কিংবা কুয়েতে কোন ভিসায় আসলে ভালো হয়? কুয়েতে গাড়ি চালালে বেতন কত টাকা হবে? মাসে কত টাকা ইনকাম করতে পারব? ড্রাইভারদের কত ঘন্টা কাজ করতে হয়? আর কি কি সুযোগ সুবিধা আছে ইত্যাদি 

ইত্যাদি নানান প্রশ্ন করে। আজকের এই পোস্টে কুয়েতের ড্রাইভিং ভিসা সম্পর্কে 

আপনাদের একটি স্বচ্ছ ধারনা দেয়ার চেষ্টা করব।


কুয়েতের ড্রাইভিং ভিসার প্রকারভেদ

কুয়েতে সাধারণত ড্রাইভিং ভিসা দুই প্রকার হয়ে থাকে  

1. খাদেম ড্রাইভার মানে বাসা বাড়ির ড্রাইভার

2. কোম্পানির ড্রাইভার যেটা কোম্পানির ভিসা।


খাদেম ড্রাইভার ( বাসা বাড়ির ড্রাইভার )

প্রথমে আমি খাদেম ড্রাইভার বা বাসাবাড়ির ড্রাইভিং ভিসায় যারা আসার জন্য আগ্রহী ওই সব ভাইদের কে বলবো প্রথমে আপনারা আপনাদের দেশে ভালো করে গাড়ির ড্রাইভিং শিখুন এবং ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স বের করুন কারণ কুয়েতে ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স বের করার জন্য আপনার দেশের ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স প্রয়োজন হতে পারে আর যদি ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স না থাকে তারপরও কুয়েতে লাইসেন্স বের করা যায় কিন্তু একটু সমস্যা হয় সেইজন্য আমি বলবো আপনার দেশে সুন্দর করে গাড়ি চালানো শিখুন এবং ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স বের করুন।


সঙ্গে কিছু বেসিক আরবি ওয়ার্ড যেগুলো আপনাকে ব্যবহার করতে হবে যেমন এদিকে এসো, যাও, গাড়ি চালাও, সামনে যাও, অফিসে যাও অনেক কিছু আরবি শব্দ শিখবেন কারণ আপনাকে এসে কুয়েতের-বাসা বাড়ির গাড়ি চালাতে হবে তখন কিন্তু এগুলো খুব প্রয়োজন হবে প্রথম অবস্থায় এগুলো না জানলে আপনারা অনেক সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হবেন তাই যতটুকু সম্ভব সুন্দর করে নিজের দেশে থেকে ড্রাইভিং শিখুন ও  ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স বের করুন এবং কিছু বেসিক আরবি ওয়ার্ড শিখে আসুন।


খাদেম ড্রাইভিং ভিসায় কুয়েতে আসলে আপনাকে আপনার কোফিল বা আপনার মালিকের বাসা বাড়ির কাজের গাড়ি চালাতে হবে। আইন মতে খাদেম ড্রাইভিং ভিসায় আসলে বা বাসাবাড়ির কাজের গাড়ি চালানোর ভিসায় আসলে ভিসা বাবদ তেমন খরচ দেওয়া লাগে না কারন আপনার ভিসার সম্পূর্ণ খরচ আপনার মালিক বা কফিল বহন করবে এমনকি প্লেন ভাড়াও পর্যন্ত কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে মালিক বা কফিল প্রদান করে থাকে।


কিন্তু আমাদের মধ্যে অনেকের দুর্ভাগ্য ক্রোমে যার মাধ্যমে খাদেম ভিসা বা বাসা বাড়ির ড্রাইভিং ভিসা নেন  

সেই মিডিয়া ম্যান কমপক্ষে 2 থেকে 4 লক্ষ টাকা মাঝখান থেকে নিয়ে নেয় ফলে আমাদের অনেকের এই ভিসায় আসতে হলে দুই থেকে চার লক্ষ টাকা খরচ করতে হয়। 



কুয়েতের ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স এর ধরণ

কুয়েতে তিন ধরনের ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স হয়ে থাকে

1. লাইট লাইসেন্স মানে ছোট গাড়ি চালানো

2. মিডিয়াম লাইসেন্স এটা মাঝারি মানের গাড়ি চালানো

3. হেভি লাইসেন্স মানে বড় ট্রাক, মালবাহী ট্রাক চালানো


লাইট লাইসেন্স এ বাসাবাড়ির সাধারণত প্রাইভেটকার, ছোট গাড়ি চালানোর জন্য লাইট লাইসেন্স হলেই চলবে।

আর কোম্পানির গাড়ি চালানোর জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের লাইসেন্স হয়ে থাকে আপনি কুয়েতে এসে কি ধরনের যানবাহন বা গাড়ি চালাবেন সেটা আপনার ভিসার উপর নির্ভর করবে।


আপনি কোন গাড়ির ড্রাইভার হবেন সেটা আপনাকেই সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে। আপনি যদি ছোট গাড়ির ড্রাইভার হন, কম্পানি আপনাকে ছোট গাড়ির লাইসেন্স করে দেবে। যদি মিডিয়াম ড্রাইভার হন তাহলে মিডিয়াম গাড়ি যেমন বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির বিভিন্ন সাইটে লোক নিয়ে আসার জন্য ছোট বাস আছে এছাড়া কোম্পানিতে কিছু কিছু কনস্ট্রাকশন, বিভিন্ন দোকান, বিভিন্ন সুপার মার্কেটের গাড়ি, বড় গাড়ি বা বড় ট্রাক আছে ওইগুলো ড্রাইভার হলে আপনাকে হেভি লাইসেন্স নিতে হবে



খাদেম ভিসার সুবিধা-অসুবিধা

কুয়েতে আসার পর আপনার থাকা-খাওয়া সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবস্থা করবে আপনার কফিল বা মালিক এমনকি কুয়েতে আসার পর কুয়েতি লাইসেন্স বের করার জন্য যা যা দরকার হয় সবকিছু আপনার কফিল বা মালিক করবে। এক্ষেত্রে আপনার কোন কিছুই করতে হবে না। আপনি শুধু আপনার দেশ থেকে গাড়ি চালানো খুব সুন্দর ভাবে শিখে আসুন। 



খাদেম ভিসার বেতন 

খাদেম ড্রাইভিং ভিসা বা বাসাবাড়ি কাজের ড্রাইভিং ভিসার বেতন প্রথম অবস্থায় সর্বনিম্ন 90 দিনার থেকে সময়ের সাথে সাথে বাড়তে বাড়তে এক সময় 150-170 দিনার পর্যন্ত হয়ে থাকে এবং থাকা - খাওয়া ও আপনার খরচ আপনার মালিক বা কফিল বহন করবে আর যদি কপাল ভালো হয় আপনার যাওয়া-আসা এয়ার টিকেট সহ বিভিন্ন সুযোগ-সুবিধা আপনি পেতে পারেন। এটা আপনার ভাগ্যের উপর সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভর করে।



খাদেম ভিসার ডিউটি টাইম

এই ভিসায় আসলে কাজের ঘন্টা বা ডিউটি টাইম নেই যেকোন সময় আপনাকে গাড়ি নিয়ে বের হওয়া লাগতে পারে এর কোন টাইম নেই আর এই ডিউটি টাইম সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভর করে আপনার কফিলের ফ্যামিলির কন্ডিশন এর উপর ফ্যামিলি মেম্বারের সংখ্যার উপর এবং আপনার ভাগ্যের উপর আশা করি খাদেম ড্রাইভিং ভিসা বা বাসাবাড়ি কাজের ভিসায় ড্রাইভিং ভিসার সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা পেয়েছেন।



কোম্পানি ভিসা

কোম্পানি ভিসা মানে আপনাকে কোম্পানির গাড়ি চালাতে হবে। কোম্পানির কোন গাড়ি চালাবেন সেটা আপনার ভিসা ও কোম্পানির উপর নির্ভর করে। কোম্পানিতে বিভিন্ন ধরনের গাড়ি রয়েছে ওই গুলো চালাতে হতে পারে কিছু কোম্পানি রয়েছে বিভিন্ন সাইটে এদের কর্মী দিয়ে আশা ও নিয়ে আসার জন্য ছোট বাস গুলো চালানো লাগতে পারে।



কোম্পানি ড্রাইভিং ভিসার বেতন

এই ড্রাইভিং কাজের বেতন সাধারণত আপনার কি ধরনের গাড়ি চালাচ্ছেন তার ওপর নির্ভর করে। ছোট গাড়ির ড্রাইভারদের সাধারণত 120 থেকে 150 দিনার বেতন হয়ে থাকে 8 ঘন্টা ডিউটির জন্য।

আর মিডিয়াম টা 220 থেকে 250 দিনার হয়ে থাকে।

হেভি লাইসেন্স এর বেতন সাধারণত 240 থেকে 320 দিনার পর্যন্ত হয়ে থাকে।


কোম্পানি ড্রাইভিং ভিসার সুবিধা-অসুবিধা

এছাড়াও আপনার কাছে ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকলে আপনার কোম্পানির 8 ঘণ্টা কাজের পর বাকি সময় গাড়ি চালিয়ে বাড়তি দিনার ইনকাম করতে পারবেন আর এই ইনকাম টা সম্পূর্ণ আপনার উপর নির্ভর করে আপনি কতখানি গাড়ি চালাতে পারবেন কি পরিমাণ পরিশ্রম করতে পারবেন।


এছাড়াও কুয়েতে কিছু বাস কম্পানি মাঝে মাঝে ড্রাইভিং ভিসা এভেলেবেল হয় এর মাঝে আসতে পারলে আপনার অনেক সুযোগ সুবিধা রয়েছে এ বিষয়ে বেশি অঙ্কের দিনার ইনকাম করা যায়। তাও প্রতি মাসে এক থেকে দেড় লক্ষ টাকা ইনকাম করা কোন ব্যাপারই না। আর কে পি টি সি বাস কোম্পানিতে আসতে পারলে এর সুযোগ সুবিধা অনেক ভালো 


সর্বশেষ কুয়েতে কিছু ট্যাক্সি কোম্পানি রয়েছে এখানে আপনি ট্যাক্সি কোম্পানি ভিসায় আসতে পারলে ট্যাক্সি চালাতে পারবেন। আর এই ট্যাক্সি চালানোর জন্য লাইট লাইসেন্স হলেই চলবে আর এই ট্যাক্সিতে মোটামুটি অনেক ভালো সুযোগ সুবিধা রয়েছে


ট্যাক্সি কোম্পানি আপনাকে নতুন গাড়ি প্রদান করবে। প্রতিদিন এই গাড়ি বাবদ 6 দিনার 7 দিনার কিংবা 8 দিনার মানে প্রতিটা কোম্পানির আলাদা আলাদা নিয়ম অনুযায়ী দিনার নির্ধারণ করে থাকে।

1 জন ড্রাইভার দৈনিক নিম্ন 12 দিনার থেকে 25 দিনার পর্যন্ত ইনকাম করে থাকে। প্রতিদিন যে টাকাটা জমা দেওয়া হয় 6 দিনার 7 দিনার কিংবা 8 দিনার সেটা জমা দিতে হবে।


তবে একটা নির্দিষ্ট টাইম থাকে যেমন কিছু কোম্পানি 4 বছর 5 বছর 6 বছর পর্যন্ত এভাবে আপনাকে টাকা জমা দিতে হবে এবং 4-5 বছর পর আপনার গাড়ির সম্পূর্ণ মালিক আপনি নিজে হয়ে যাবেন। তারপর শুধু কোম্পানিকে প্রতিদিন 2-3 দিনার দিলেই হবে।


এক কথায় কুয়েতে এমন কোম্পানি তে দিনে 6 দিনার 7 দিনার কিংবা 8 দিনার দিয়ে সারাদিন গাড়ি চালিয়ে বাকি দিনার সম্পুর্ণ টা আপনার।

আপনার যতক্ষণ মন চায় ততক্ষণ ড্রাইভিং করতে পারবেন আর ড্রাইভিং না করতে মন চাইলে রুমে শুয়ে থাকতে পারেন তাও কোম্পানিকে একটা নির্দিষ্ এমাউন্ট জমা দিতে হবে এটাই এই কোম্পানির নিয়ম।
