গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এই জিনিসগুলো আপনার কাছে থাকা হ্যান্ড ব্যাগেও রাখতে পারেন। যেন প্রয়োজনের সময় কাগজপত্র গুলো সহজেই দেখাতে পারেন।

বিদেশ যাওয়ার সময় যেসব জিনিস আপনার সাথে ব্যাগে বা লাগেজে করে নিয়ে যাবেন না যেমন

এগুলো আপনি ব্যাগ ও লাগেজে নিতে পারবেন না।

প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র

বিদেশে যাওয়ার সময় যে সমস্ত কাগজগুলো আপনার সঙ্গে করে নিয়ে এয়ারপোর্টে যেতে হবে

• পাসপোর্ট এর সাথে ভিসা থাকতে হবে।
• বিমানের টিকেট।
• করোনার টিকা দেওয়া সার্টিফিকেট।
• স্মার্ট কার্ড
• কাজের অনুমতিপত্র।
• কোন কোম্পানিতে কাজ করে সেই কোম্পানি থেকে এনওসি (NOC = No objection certificate)
• ব্যবসা করলে ব্যবসার ডকুমেন্ট
• মেডিকেল রিপোর্ট
• ভিসার সাথে সম্পৃক্ত এমন কাগজপত্র
• এছাড়া প্রয়োজন মত কিছু অর্থো অথবা ডলার

নোটঃ এই কাগজপত্র গুলো স্ক্যান করে আপনার জি-মেইল অ্যাকাউন্টে রেখে দিতে পারেন তাহলে কাগজপত্র হারিয়ে গেলও আপনি এগুলো আবার নিয়ে নিতে পারবেন।

এয়ারপোর্টে প্রবেশ করার পর আপনার করনীয়

এয়ারপোর্টের আসার পরে টার্মিনালের যে কোন গেট দিয়ে আপনি ঢুকতে পারবেন এবং যেই গেটটা ফ্রি আছে সেই গেট দিয়ে আপনি ঢোকার চেষ্টা করবেন।

গেটে পৌঁছে এ হাতে টিকিট এবং পাসপোর্ট টা বের করে নিবেন।

টিকিট এবং পাসপোর্ট সিকিউরিটি গার্ড দেখে আপনাকে ভিতরে ঢুকতে দিবে তারপর স্ক্যানিং মেশিনে আপনার পুরো বডি চেক করবে। সাথে সাথে আপনার লাগেজটিও স্ক্যানিং মেশিনে দিয়ে সিকিউরিটি চেক করে নিবে।

ফ্লাইটের সময় কখন, বুঝবেন কিভাবে?

সিকিউরিটি চেক করার পর ভিতরে ঢোকার পরে আন্তর্জাতিক বহির্গমন ডিজিটাল বোর্ড দেখতে পারবেন যেখানে আপনার ফ্লাইটের তথ্য দেওয়া আছে। ফ্লাইটের ইনফর্মেশন দেখে যদি আপনি বুঝতে না পারেন তবে আপনি হেল্প ডেস্ক (Help Desk) এ চলে যাবেন হেল্প ডেস্ক আপনাকে সমস্ত তথ্য জানিয়ে দিবে।

এয়ারপোর্টে কখন পৌঁছাতে হবে?

যে কোন আন্তর্জাতিক ফ্লাইটের জন্য আপনাকে এয়ারপোর্টে তিন থেকে সাড়ে তিন ঘণ্টা আগে পৌঁছাতে হবে।

চেকিং শুরু হয় তিন ঘণ্টা আগেই, চেকিং মানে হল আপনার নির্দিষ্ট আসন সংগ্রহ করলেন এবং আপনার বড় লাগেজটি এয়ারলাইন্স কাউন্টারে জমা দিতে পারলেন এর ফলে আপনার বড় লাগেজটি নিয়ে আর ঘোরাঘুরি করা লাগবে না।

লাগেজ কিভাবে ক্যারি করবেন?

চেকিং শেষ করার পর ফ্লাইট কাউন্টার অফিসার আপনার লাগেজে একটি স্টিকার লাগিয়ে দিবে এবং অন্য একটি স্টিকার আপনার বোর্ডিং পাসেও ( Boarding Pass ) লাগিয়ে দিবে যাতে পরবর্তীতে আপনি যেখানে ল্যান্ড করবেন সেখানে আপনার লাগেজটি সুন্দরভাবে বুঝে নিতে পারেন।

এরপরে আপনার লাগেজটি লাগেজ বেল্ট দিয়ে সুন্দরভাবে আপনার বিমানে চলে যাবে।

এটিকে আপনি আর আলাদাভাবে নিয়ে আসতে পারবেন না

বোর্ডিং পাস ( Boarding Pass )

উপরোক্ত ধাপ শেষ করার পর কাউন্টার থেকে আপনাকে একটি বোর্ডিং পাস দিবে যেই বোর্ডিং পাসে আপনার ফ্লাইটের ইনফর্মেশন, সিট নাম্বার এবং আপনি যে লাগেজগুলো জমা দিয়েছেন সেগুলোর স্টিকারগুলো পেছনে লাগানো থাকবে।

ইমিগ্রেশন ( Immigration )

বোর্ডিং পাসের পর আপনাকে ইমিগ্রেশনের গেট খুঁজে লাইনে দাঁড়াতে হবে এবং ভেতরে ঢুকে ইমিগ্রেশনে সাধারণত দুটি প্রশ্ন করবে একটি আপনার নাম? এবং আপনি কোন দেশে, কেন যাচ্ছেন?
